What exercises are good for bondage?

Hi! I'm a sub and usually do yoga. My question! What exercises should I practice to be good at bondage?

    Honestly, you’re already in a great place since you do yoga – that’s one of the best foundations for bondage because it gives you flexibility and body awareness. If you want to go a bit further, I would suggest adding some simple strength and endurance work so your body can handle staying in positions for longer without getting sore. Things like planks and bridges (helps in different tied positions), squats (helps with kneeling or bent poses), or even just light push-ups (helps with upper body endurance) will make a big difference.

    It also helps to keep your wrists, shoulders and hips mobile – gentle stretches or rotations go a long way and also helps to reduce tingling risk in certain positions! A bit of light cardio (like walking or cycling) is good too, since better circulation makes it more comfortable when you’re tied up.
