Thanks for the question. I would advise looking into predicament bondage. There are a huge variety of positions where the submissive is put into an uncomfortable position where if they try to relax in one direction additional pain is caused, and if they go into the other direction to release, a different type of pain is caused. Think “table position” hands and feet on the ground, pelvis up in the air like a table. Candle underneath and rope with clamps pulling clit and nipples tied to the ground.
