Basic Guidelines for Submissives

1. Trust in Your Dom
   Trust your Dom. There's usually a good reason for their decisions, even if they involve something difficult for you. A good Dom will have a vision in mind, sometimes only they will see or know the bigger picture.

2. Positive Attitude
   Keep a positive and glass-half-full attitude. Your experience as a sub will be more fun and rewarding.

3. Journey of Self-discovery
   Pursuing the path of submission is a journey of self-discovery. Embrace every day of learning and understanding. Communicate with your Dom about your self-discoveries so they can share in your excitement and guide you more easily.

4. Respect and Consideration
   Always be respectful and considerate towards everyone, especially your Dom. Your behavior reflects directly upon your Dom, so make them proud.

5. Use of Safe Words
   Use your safe words if needed. Don’t try to be tough and forget to use them. Safe words keep scenes enjoyable for everyone and are crucial for communication between Dom and sub. Even if you no longer need them after some time, use them if necessary.

6. Efficiency in Orders
   Carry out orders quickly and efficiently. Fulfill the order or request exactly as spoken to you. If you do not understand or there is confusion, politely ask your Dom for more information.

7. Open-mindedness
   Keep an open mind and try new experiences; you might end up liking them. Communicate to your Dom about the new things you enjoy. If you're indifferent about something new, find another way to make it enjoyable for you and satisfying for your Dom.

8. Health Transparency
   Ensure any and all of your health problems are known to your Dom.

9. Emotional Control and Communication
   Control your emotions and choice of words. Treat your Dom with respect, even when upset. Use the formal D/s speaking protocols and forms of address to calm your mind and maintain balance. These protocols exist for a reason and always help. In a genuine medical emergency, address the issue immediately without worrying about protocols.

10. Expressing Feelings
    Don't keep issues or negative feelings bottled up. Use proper slave etiquette and good manners to speak to your Dom about your feelings. Alternatively, write them down in your slave journal if you keep one, so your Dom can read and address the issues.

11. Intelligence and Ideas
    Don’t shut down your brain; it is valuable in serving your Dom. A good Dom will cherish your intelligence. Share your ideas using good etiquette. Even if your idea is not used, a good Dom will appreciate your contribution and positive energy.

12. Perseverance
    Don’t give up when things get tough. Find the strength within you and ask your Dom for help if needed. Being a slave will naturally develop your willpower, making you a stronger person and better able to serve your Dom.
